  • The one important point to be kept in mind by all emigrants seeking overseas employment and for the same reason approaching an overseas recruitment agency is that it has to have a valid license issued by Government Ministry. Otherwise, they are not legally entitled to offer any service relating to overseas recruitment. If you still deal with them, you do so at your own risk.
  • It also is safe to keep track of the application and documentation relating to the issue of passport and visa including the type and the duration of the business visa that clearly states for what period of time you can work in the foreign country with the embassies and consulates rather than leaving it to individual consultants.
  • On the other hand, it is required that your conduct is not doubtful and you state all the facts about yourself and your abilities sincerely and in entirety. Otherwise, you may face lot of problems later on when the truth would come to the fore.
  • It is also helpful to double check all facts and figures (including amounts charged as fee, etc.) with the authorities before proceeding further.
  • You can get in touch with other emigrants who are already working overseas and who have obtained similar overseas recruitment services from the overseas recruitment agency whose services you wish to hire to get authentic update about what it promises and what it actually delivers.
